love.

I have the best family and friends ever.

Though some may argue theirs are above mine, they would be wrong. At least in my opinion. And if you have not noticed, my opinion is always 89% fact...

Mama and dad came to UT on Monday and we had a whirlwind visit. They packed Hillwawee up and she is moving back to CO.  On to bigger and better things. Leaving me alone in the cesspool, but it is ok ( I am fighting back the tears of loneliness as I type..."my baby sister is my best friend") I have amazing friends here to keep my company.

We went to the temple yesterday for my first time. It was awesome (not in the surf slang, awesome way, but the awe inspiring spiritual way) and overwhelming but I feel so happy!  It was a great experience to share with my parents. They are so great. And a special treat that Trent, Joel, Paul and Ethan came (I am a lucky girl).  Their smiling, supportive faces made my eyes misty. I had several comments from the temple workers about the 4 good looking boys waiting for me. Well let's just say that those boys are cream of the crop, I would marry any one of them (except for trent...he is taken. like big time taken, but they only came because they are my friends and I have no girl friends (but I wasn't complaining).

And needless to say, the experience with my parents, having my mama there to help me the whole way and my daddy there too and the beautiful temple...lots of other stuff... and to be a part of it together as an eternal family, it was more than my heart could take. It was bursting (and I do a lot of cardio).

This is the first time in about 4 years that I have had good LDS friends. Somehow I have always been friends with nonmembers or those who are inactive. Nothing wrong with them- I am still friends with most of them. But it has been so nice to have strong, LDS friends. I just feel like we can share so much more.

So that has been a big step in the eternal progression area of life. Other than that, it is working, running, playing, camping, laughing, and sucking everything out of summer that I possibly can.
