i am grateful for so many of the little things right now.
*I just checked the weather- tomorrow is going to be 67 and sunny! and i am going golfing- yikes. and it is going to be snowy and cold the rest of the week but I can sure be excited about Monday's weather!
* My Lilikins survived yesterday's attempt at a 5k! But I am sorry sorry for convincing her to do it..
* After that I went up the canyon and went on a beautiful run/jog for about an hour and on my way back whilst almost being killed by a longboarder (another thing to be grateful for- did not die), he stopped and let me longboard with him and his friends for a bit. sweeeet.
*my shins don't hurt! thank you new shoes! (bolding that entire thing because everything about that is just fab.)
* being out in the sun gave me a nice natural glow...it felt so good!
* I talked to Mama and we have a lot of fun plans for their visit in May! Moab, Race for the Cure, hiking, all sorts of things, it is going to be a great time. It is going to be great to just spend some time with my parents.
* I read a great article in the Ensign and it made me so much more excited for General Conference!
* I really really like Shirley Temples. Jacob got me hooked a couple years ago and ever since, if I am going to have carbonation- that is my first choice. yummm.
* Last night turned into some late late night shenanigans and it was exactly what I needed. Favorite quotes of the night (a lot of funny things are said when you are sitting around a kitchen table for hours and don't even leave the house until 11 pm): "beckie, i brought chocolate- but you are on your period so I also brought fresh fruit, yes?!" Lily is such a thinker. and quote number 2 "you definitely got the short end of the stick on this one..." many looks were passed around the table as we realized all the many ways that applied to the conversation. (sorry that is one of those annoying "inside things" to post...but some people will appreciate it)
* When you are with Zach and you fall asleep at night he can fork lift you up with ease and put you to bed. You don't have to do a thing! And prior to that he will do an entire round of Dane Cook stand up and make me laugh until the vein in my forehead feels like it is going to explode.
* Today is church, visiting teaching, dinner with sister, Life and early to bed!!
