Grandma Kathy

I wanted to take a quick moment to thank my "grandma" for everything that she has done for me.

Grandma Kathy and I met about a year and half ago. Right away she took me in as a granddaughter and has been there for me ever since. Grandma is an extremely classy lady. She always looks perfect and does everything in exactness.

This year for Christmas, she took me and Josh to the Body Worlds Exhibit in Salt Lake. It was amazing!! Grandma is extremely health conscientious and both Josh and I are also fascinated by the this sort of thing and so we all had a great time. The exhibit really is a great opportunity to learn about the human body. We are such incredible beings! The things that are bodies are capable of and what modern medicine is making them capable of is mind blowing. It was a great time for the three of us.

Afterwards we went back to grandma's house for a little Holiday meal. She made us pheasant! Josh and I were a little bit nervous about it, but it was delicious. It was really nice to spend the day with her. We get together quite a bit. I do not have grandparents now and have never had a grandma that lived around me. Getting to spend time with her has been a really great experience and blessing for me. She tells me about the old times, but she is still very in the modern scene of things. We love to just meet up and catch a movie or lunch. She is easy to talk to, honest and supportive of everything I do.

So Grandma Kathy, I know that you read this, so I just wanted to tell you thank you for our Christmas activity, I love you and I am grateful for your support and friendship, Merry Christmas!!
